1. Introduction & Eligibility

• Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts. Passwords must not be shared with anyone.

Update Contact Information

If your phone number or email address changes after registration, you must notify 10 Star's customer support team immediately. Failure to update your details may result in missing important communications.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

10 Star supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and all major mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using another person's payment method may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for any suspicious transactions.
• In line with our anti-money laundering policy, payments from flagged accounts may be temporarily placed on hold.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering amount must be completed first.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to qualify. Winnings from bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5. Betting Rules

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10 Star platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner to abuse bonus offers.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using robots, bots, or automated software to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to cheat.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is found, 10 Star reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The associated balance will be subject to review.

Self-Close Account

Any player may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Inactive Account

An account will be considered inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account.

8. Responsible Betting

• You have the option to set your own deposit limits.
